Mango ginger yogurt smoothie recipe

To make this even more like a classic Indian mango lassi, add up to ¾ cup more water (and drink it any time of day).

  • Yield: 2 (8-ounce) smoothies or 1 (16-ounce) smoothie


  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
How to Make It
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
