Leeks, mushrooms & pork neck meat recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups chopped leeks
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Salt, ground black pepper and ground cumin to taste
  • 2 bay leaves & 2 Tbsp chopped garlic
  • 4 cups beef stock
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup chopped spring onions
  • 4 pounds pork neck meat
How to Make It
  1. Put all ingredients in the slow cooker except spring onions and sesame seeds.
  2. Cover, and cook on low for 9 hours. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
