Fermented cheese with pistachio&herbs recipe

Fresh basil leaves, tomatoes and fermented pistachio raw vegan cheese.


  • 2 cups of cashew butter
  • 1 tsp dry sage
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3-4 capper seeds
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of white ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
How to Make It
  1. Mix the ingredients and let them sit for 8-10 hours on a cheese cloth.
  2. Occasionally press gently to remove any liquid.
  3. Pistachios and Herbs
  4. Mix oregano, ground pistachios, black pepper, salt and dry thyme.
  5. Be sure your cheese is dry. Apply oil all over it with a brush.
  6. Roll it over pistachio & herbs. Cut in small pieces.
