Ingredients

  • 300 g Penne pasta
  • 3 PCs tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp oregano or Basil
  • 125 g mozzarella cheese
  • 75 g spinach
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
How to Make It
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Boil the Penne until al dente. To drain the water. In frying pan heat 1 tbsp olive oil, add the garlic. As soon as he gives aroma remove.
  2. Add in the butter, spinach and 2 chopped tomatoes. Cook about 4 minutes until the spinach are soft.
  3. Chop the remaining tomato sauce, mix it in a separate bowl with salt and pepper. Add to this mix the boiled Penne and mix the tomatoes with spinach.
  4. Mix well. Ovenproof dish grease 0,5 tbsp olive oil, put the pasta and top with cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes.
