Baked pita chips with yogurt dressing recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pita pockets
  • 1½ tsp olive oil
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp chopped red onion
  • 2 sprigs fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make It
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Cut the pitas in half, and cut each half into 3 wedges. Brush both sides of each wedge with the olive oil.
  3. Place the pita wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, turning over once halfway through the cooking time.
  4. Combine the yogurt, garlic salt, lemon juice, chopped red onion, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the dip with the pittas.
