A tangy chicken that will surprise and delight family and guests. Serve with rice.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken pieces
  • 2 tablespoons peppercorn
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 8 sliced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup white vinegar
How to Make It
  1. Transfer the chicken pieces to the slow cooker.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and add to the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
