This would be a nice sandwich to have for lunch while you watch one of your best friends make his daytime television acting debut.

    • Yield: 1 Serving
    • Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 2 slices whole grain bread
    • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    • ½ tablespoon spicy mustard
    • 2 romaine lettuce leaves
    • 4–6 ounces sliced turkey meat
    • 4 ounces sliced Havarti cheese
    How to Make It
    1. Lay out the two slices of bread. Spread half of the mayonnaise first and then half of the spicy mustard on each slice.
    2. On one slice of bread, place the lettuce leaves and top with the turkey slices. Place the cheese slices on the turkey and top with the other slice of bread. Slice diagonally.
