    Skirt Steak Recipe

    Ingredients

    • Cast iron griddle
    • Vegetable oil
    • 3 Ibs skirt steak
    • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
    • 1 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    How to Make It
    1. Coat the meat in the vegetable oil, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, seasoning salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Heat up the griddle and cook it depending on how you like it. We like it medium rare, so we sear it on the side real quick and keep it bloody. (Don’t get it fucked up though, cuz.)
    2. Add in your tablespoon of butter while it’s cooking for the last minute, and it just disperses over the steak. Let the steak rest to release all those juices. There will be juices everywhere!
