    • Yield: 4 Servings, 1 cup per serving

    Ingredients

    • 1 large apple, cored and diced
    • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
    • ½ pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, cooked and diced
    • ¾ cup seedless red grapes, halved
    • ½ cup diced celery
    • ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon dill weed
    How to Make It
    1. In a small bowl, toss diced apple with lemon juice to prevent browning.
    2. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; add apple and toss gently. Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.
