Everyone loves kebabs, but it’s not always barbecue weather outside. The air fryer makes these supersimple and crispy like the grill in no time! You can customize it with your favorite flavors and veggies and even brush with a sugar-free barbecue sauce for an extra kick!

    • Yield: 2 Servings
    • Total Time: 7 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 18 medium shelled and deveined shrimp
    • 1 medium zucchini, cut into 1" cubes
    • ½ medium red bell pepper, cut into 1"-thick squares
    • ¼ medium red onion, cut into 1"-thick squares
    • 1½ tablespoons coconut oil, melted
    • 2 teaspoons chili powder
    • ½ teaspoon paprika
    • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
    How to Make It
    1. Soak four 6" bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes. Place a shrimp on the skewer, then a zucchini, a pepper, and an onion. Repeat until all ingredients are utilized.
    2. Brush each kebab with coconut oil. Sprinkle with chili powder, paprika, and black pepper. Place kebabs into the air fryer basket.
    3. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 7 minutes or until shrimp is fully cooked and veggies are tender.
    4. Flip kebabs halfway through the cooking time. Serve warm.
