    Potato pizza with tomatoes and zucchini recipe

    • Yield: 1 Serving

    Ingredients

    • 120 g flour
    • 60 ml water
    • olive oil 1 tbsp to the dough, 2 tbsp for the filling
    • ½ tsp dry yeast
    • 1 pinch salt
    • ½ PCs zucchini
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 4-5 PCs cherry tomatoes
    • Basil to taste (green)
    • 1 PC (large) mozzarella cheese in balls
    How to Make It
    1. Peel the two potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender. Grate the cooled boiled potatoes on a large grater (80 g - a little less than two potatoes).
    2. Pour warm water into a bowl, add dry yeast, olive oil (1 tablespoon), a pinch of salt. Add the flour and knead the dough. Leave the dough in a warm place for 40 minutes (to increase the volume twice).
    3. Add the grated potatoes to the dough. Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
    4. Wash the zucchini, dry, cut into thin slices (5-6 mm) Fry the zucchini and two untreated garlic slices in a frying pan on a small amount of olive oil. Cool the zucchini.
    5. Roll out the dough into a round layer and put on a greased baking sheet. Put sliced cherry tomatoes, fried zucchini, peeled and sliced garlic on the pizza base. Slice the mozzarella and place on pizza. Sprinkle with Basil, sprinkle with remaining olive oil.
    6. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25 minutes. Decorate with fresh Basil leaves.
