    Miso coconut basil soup recipe

    Raw miso comes from Japan and is made from fermented soy beans.

    Ingredients

    • 1/3 cup of fresh coconut flesh
    • A handful of Thai basil leaves
    • Pinch of chili powder
    • Pinch of salt
    • Pinch of white ground pepper
    • 1 tbsp raw miso
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
    • 3 tbsp chopped cucumber
    • Warm water as much as needed for 2 cups of soup
    How to Make It
    1. Put all the ingredients into the blender and add warm water from the boiler.
    2. Blend and serve instantly.
