    Fermented yogurt made with coconut but it can be done with nuts as well.

    Ingredients

    • 2 coconuts flesh
    • Pinch of salt
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    How to Make It
    1. After you blend the ingredients use a glass bowl to ferment.
    2. Cover with a cloth and leave it in a dark place at room temperature for 8-12 hours.
    3. This applies to an environment of 30°C temperature; so you must experiment at your own place. Taste is getting sour, similar to yogurt.
