Slow-cooker tomato soup recipe

Ingredients

  • 6–8 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp basil
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Massel chicken bouillon
  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup fat-free half-and-half
How to Make It
  1. Combine tomatoes, onion, spices, chicken bouillon, and 1 cup of water in your slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.
  3. Add in ¾ cup fat-free half-and-half and combine all ingredients with an immersion blender. Serve hot.
