Raspberry breeze smoothie recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (150 g) raspberries, fresh or frozen 1 frozen banana
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish if desired 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice ½ cup (125 ml) nut milk or water Pure maple syrup or raw honey to sweeten, if desired
How to Make It
  1. Combine the raspberries, banana, mint leaves, hemp seeds, lemon juice, and nut milk in a blender and blend on high speed until completely smooth.
  2. Sweeten to your liking. Add more mint leaves if desired.
