    Monterey Mushroom Squares Recipe

    150 Recipes in a 13x9 Pan (Everyday Cookbook Collection)These cheesy squares are irresistible! Mix & match different kinds of mushrooms and cheeses for variety.

    • Yield: 2 dozen

    Ingredients

    • 8 oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls
    • 2 cup sliced mushrooms
    • ¼ cup butter, melted
    • ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    • ½ tsp dried oregano
    • ¼ tsp onion salt
    How to Make It
    1. Separate dough into 2 long rectangles. Press into the bottom and ½-inch up the sides of a lightly greased 13"x 9" baking pan. Toss mushrooms with melted butter; spoon over dough.
    2. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into squares; serve warm.
