    Easy hot chicken salad recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast(5- to 6-oz)
    • ¼ cup low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
    • 1 tsp honey
    • 1 cup cooked vegetable pasta, such as fusilli
    • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
    How to Make It
    1. In a saucepan, heat the water until just simmering.
    2. While the water is heating, rinse the chicken, cut off any fat, and pat dry with paper towels.
    3. Poach the chicken in the simmering water until it is white and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
    4. When cooked, let the chicken sit in the broth for another 20 minutes. Remove and cut into thin slices.
    5. Mix together the yogurt and the honey.
    6. Toss the poached chicken with the yogurt and honey mixture.
    7. Lay the chicken slices on top of the pasta. Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds. Serve.
