    Enjoy your hamburger Windy City style thanks to this super simple and speedy recipe.

    • Yield: 4 Servings
    • Total Time: 50 Minutes

    Ingredients

    • 1½ pounds ground beef
    • ½ tsp black pepper
    • ½ tsp celery salt
    • 2 tbsp mustard
    • 4 poppy seed buns
    • 16 sliced dill pickle
    • 1 cup sweet pickle relish
    • 8 slices tomato
    How to Make It
    1. Combine the beef, black pepper, and celery salt in a bowl. Divide the mixture into 4 equal patties. Chill for half an hour.
    2. Pan-sear the patties for 4 minutes on each side until medium.
    3. Spread ½ tbsp of mustard on the base of each bun, top with a pattie followed by sliced pickle, relish, and a slice of tomato. Serve straight away.
