- 1 batch Buttercream Frosting colored with Wilton Sky Blue coloring gel
- 1 roll washi tape (any width), found in your local craft store
- 24 (6-inch) lollipop sticks (you can find these at your local craft store or online)
- 2 pieces of 12" × 12" brown scrapbooking paper
- 24 assorted colored Swedish Fish
