Ingredients

  • 3 small tortillas
  • 6 eggs
  • 250 grams bacon
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mixed herbs
  • BBQ sauce
How to Make It
  1. Line 2 quart camp oven with baking paper and lightly spray with oil spray.
  2. In a bowl, crack eggs, add herbs and whisk. Spread each tortilla with BBQ sauce.
  3. Place one tortilla in the base of the camp oven. Layer with bacon and one third of the egg mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Top with cheese.
  4. Bake on a medium heat for 40-45 minutes or until stacker is firm to touch.
