Autumn sweet potatoes recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled, sliced thinly
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ orange juice and zest
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • toasted, chopped walnuts, for serving, optional
How to Make It
  1. Place sweet potatoes in lightly greased slow cooker.
  2. Top with apple, raisins, and orange zest. Drizzle with maple syrup and orange juice.
  3. Cover and cook on High for 2–3 hours or until sweet potatoes are tender. Serve sprinkled with walnuts if you wish.
